Any department or student organization can utilitize this service to announce events or disseminate information at no cost!

HOW?
Download and complete application. Please adhere to guidelines. Fliers must be 8.5''x11'' (portrait orientation) or 11''x17'' (landscape orientation). Flier height MUST be 11''. Submit application with a copy of flier to the Department of Transportation Services office or e-mail an electronic copy to dotsprm@umd.edu. Include the information on the form in the body of e-mail. Upon approval, submit ONLY 30 copies to the DOTS office. Extra copies wil not be posted.

- Fliers are posted every other weekend during the fall and spring semesters, excluding weekends when the University is closed. During the summer and winter semesters there are no posting days.

- Plan to submit your application two weeks before your desired post date, and to submit your approved fliers at least one week before your desired post date.

TENTATIVE 2009-2010 POSTING SCHEDULE:
Due to high demands, your posting date may be delayed if your application is not received before the required deadline (two weeks before desired posting day).
