Wednesday, Nov. 25: Commuter service on Friday schedules;
Modified Evening Service: Gold and Purple end at 12:30 a.m.;
College Park Metro ends at 1:00 a.m.;
No service provided on Blue, Orange or Green lines;
Nite Ride ends at 7:30 a.m.
Thursday Nov. 26, Friday, Nov. 27, Saturday, Nov. 28: NO SERVICE PROVIDED, except River Road on Friday, Nov. 27.
Sunday, Nov. 29: Commuter, Evening and Paratransit services resume normal
schedules.

DOTS is now accepting carpool permit applications.

BWI shuttle service for Thanksgiving Break
The Department of Transportation Services will operate a shuttle service to the Baltimore/Washington International Airport on Wednesday, November 25, 2009 and Sunday, November 29, 2009 for the Thanksgiving Break.
Registration for this shuttle is not required. This shuttle will operate strictly on a first-come, first-serve basis. Click here for more trip information.
Football Parking Information
Periodically throughout the fall semester, the University of Maryland football team will play at Capital One Field at Byrd Stadium, which will result in parking modifications. Click here for football parking information.
Motorized Scooter Registration Information
All motorized scooters and motorcycles used, stored, or parked on the University must display a valid University-issued sticker including a unique registration number. Registration is available at the Department of Transportation office and is free of charge

Visitor Parking Lot Changes
Multi-space pay stations, have been installed in all current visitor parking lots and will replace the majority of single space parking meters throughout campus. For the current visitor parking lots, Mowatt Lane Garage, Union Lane Garage, Stadium Drive Garage [currently closed for renovation], Paint Branch Visitor Lot and Regents Drive Garage [new visitor spaces added]), this change will be effective Friday, July 31, 2009. The remaining on street meters are scheduled to be transitioned before the start of the fall semester 2009.
NOW RENTING: Bike/Scooter locker space
The department is pleased to introduce a covered, locked space in Mowatt Lane Garage where you may store your bicycle or scooter. Read more about the program.

Added Stop to the Campus Connector South Route. Effective Monday, November 2, 2009; This route will now stop near the FedEx Office on Hartwick Road.
Time Changes for the Universities at Shady Grove Route. Effective Monday, September 28, 2009, click here for an updated schedule.
Added Bus to University Town Center Route. Effective Monday, September 14, 2009; Additional runs have been added to alleviate overcrowding.
Added Stops to Greenbelt South Route. Effective Tuesday, September 8, 2009; Route 119
Greenbelt South
will also stop at Greenbelt Road and Lakecrest Drive (North and South bound)and Greenbelt Road at the bus shelter across from the Greenway Shopping Center.
Effective August 31, 2009: Due to construction, Route 102 Campus Connector North will no longer stop at the Center for Young Children or Valley Drive at Elkton Hall. These stops will be relocated to the front of Denton Hall until further notice.
Effective August 31, 2009, the Route 1 Corridor route will be discontinued. Riders may make use of the other routes that travel on Route 1 when feasible.
